A New Tradition for St. George

Sundays in St. George is a free, community-centered outdoor music series bringing neighbors together for live performances, local art, and great food.

Presented by the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge and the City of St. George, the series transforms Highland Road Community Park into a vibrant gathering place for families, music lovers, and makers from across the region. With a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, every event celebrates the cultural richness that makes our community unique.

  • Yes! Sundays in St. George is completely free and open to the public. No tickets or no registration. Just show up and enjoy!

  • There is plenty of parking in the lot directly next to the park. There is overflow parking by the tennis courts. If you park across the street, there will be a Sheriff’s officer to help you cross Highland Road.

    Please do NOT park on Amiss Rd.

  • Absolutely. Sundays in St. George is designed for all ages and is a welcoming, inclusive environment for families, children, seniors, and everyone in between.

  • Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome! Please be courteous of other attendees and clean up after your pet.
