The nationally renowned River City Jazz Masters series, a collaboration between Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge and River City Jazz Coalition continues with When You Wish Upon A Star Nov. 15th. This performance takes place at Manship Theatre in the Shaw Center for the Arts.
