Project Assistance Grants
Local Project Assistance Grants (PAG) support arts programming that enhances the creative vibrancy of Baton Rouge and develops larger, more diverse audiences for arts and cultural programming.
PAG is funded by the East Baton Rouge Parish Mayor-President and Metro Council and is administered by Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge. Grant amounts range from $1,000 to $10,000. The PAG also includes the Community & Diversity Fund, which provides additional support for high-impact community engagement with Baton Rouge populations whose opportunities to experience the arts are limited by geography, ethnicity, economics or disability. Applicants may apply for this additional funding (a fixed amount of $2,000) within their Project Assistance Grant.
Managing Your Grant
PAG Grantees are required to display the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge logo and the following credit statement on all print materials, social media, and website communication about the project being funded: “This program is made possible in part by a grant from the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge, funded by the East Baton Rouge Parish Mayor-President and Metro Council.”
